Dr. Arturo Taca co-founded Restore Brain with a clear mission: to help people struggling with depression find real, lasting relief. A triple board-certified psychiatrist and addictionologist, Dr. Taca has been at the forefront of innovative neurostimulation treatments since his involvement in Vagus Nerve Stimulation (VNS) trials at St. Louis University School of Medicine during residency.

Dr. Taca graduated from The University of the East Medical School in Manila, Philippines and completed his psychiatric residency training at St. Louis University School of Medicine, where he was Chief Resident. He was one of the first providers to offer TMS services in the St. Louis area in 2014.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Taca served as president of ASAM – Midwest Chapter and was elected to the Executive Board of the American Society of Addiction Medicine as alternate Regional Director for Region VII (AR, OK, KS, LA, MO, NE, TX). Only 5% of all doctors in the U.S. are recognized as "Best Doctors of America" — Dr. Taca has held this distinction since 2009.

Dr. Jeff Bullard co-founded Restore Brain alongside Dr. Taca with a shared passion for brain health and innovative treatment delivery. A native Texan, Dr. Bullard earned his Doctor of Medicine from Creighton University School of Medicine and completed his Family Practice Residency in Norfolk, Virginia, where he served as Chief Resident.

Dr. Bullard founded MaxHealth in 1998 with a passion to change healthcare delivery, later establishing Acuity Brain Center to focus on advanced neurostimulation therapies. He has been a pioneer in patient-centered care, creating healthcare technology tools used by thousands of physicians nationwide.

Dr. Bullard is recognized as a TopDoc of Fort Worth and has been featured multiple times on the television show TopDocs of DFW. He spends much of his time teaching throughout the country on topics ranging from depression diagnosis and treatment to brain health innovation.

Dr. Kalra earned his medical degree from SP Medical College in India in 1978. He completed his Psychiatry residency training in the United States in 1989. With over 35 years of experience in mental health, Dr. Kalra specializes in treating a wide range of conditions, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, alcohol and/or substance abuse/dependence, and more. His extensive experience and dedication to the field have made him a respected and skilled practitioner in mental health care.
